Description of problem:
Grafana UI has other dashboards of Management console but no API Performance dashboard

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to management console via kubeadmin, navigate Monitoring --> Dashboards.
In the Dashboard drop-down list, there is “API Performance”, and the charts are shown.
2. On the right of text "Dashboards", there is "Grafana UI" link. Click it and login to Grafana UI.
3. In Grafana UI, click left navigation: the 4-small-box button --> click Dashboards --> click Manage --> click "Default".

Actual results:
3. Grafana UI shows other dashboards which are shown in Management console "Dashboards" page's drop-down "Dashboard" list. But Grafana UI does not show API Performance dashboard. See screenshort.

Expected results:
3. Grafana UI should show API Performance. After all, above operations click from Management console "Grafana UI" link.

Hi xxia,
As Stefan mentioned, Grafana is deprectated based on the discussion with the monitoring team. No new dashboard is going to be added to Grafana
