Description of problem:

We should review all occurrences of 'engine-backup' in the documentation that also mention '--scope'. See e.g. [1], reported at [2].

In most places, '--scope' should not be used or mentioned at all - the default, which is to backup everything that is set up locally, and for restore, restore whatever that was backed up - should be enough.
