Description of problem: 

The following test is called during gating for reverse dependency testing:

https://src.osci.redhat.com/rpms/ledmon/blob/rhel-8.4.0/f/tests/ledctl_test/runtest.sh#_18

The above test expects beakerlib to be able to run, however, standard-roles-basic does not include beakerlib:

As a result, the test fails:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Re-run any gating test that has ledmon as a reverse dependency, such as glibc:
