Description of problem:

After updating the metering operator to 4.6.0-202012161211.p0 provided by Red Hat
The hive-metastore has entered a crash back with errors about missing jdbc mysql driver.

Stack trace is attached as well as sample metering config.

I am using a mysql 5.7 server from openshift image stream registry.redhat.io/rhscl/mysql-57-rhel7@sha256:9a781abe7581cc141e14a7e404ec34125b3e89c008b14f4e7b41e094fd3049fe

Looks like we're waiting on cherrypick approval. The next approval round should open up by Wednesday-Friday this week.

verified with Server Version: 4.6.23
