+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1909108 +++

Description of problem: We should be using the same client library version as the core of the openshift cluster and in particular the openshift and kube API servers


This copy of the bug is just to address the cluster autoscaler.

we do some regression test on autoscaler, no issues were found.
