DBusException caught while running subscription_manager while registering the system to satellite 6

How reproducible:
New registration through Bootstrap 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download the bootstrap and register your rhel 8.2

Actual results:

Hi, 

Thank you for opening the bug. Can you please update subscription-manager to the latest version and retry the steps ?  because we have retired the rhsmd process in RHEL 8.3 Release ( bug 1780028 ) .

After updating to rhel 8.3, I didn't observe the issue.

We are seeing this behavior with 8.4 subscription-manager-1.28.13-2.el8.x86_64
