Description of problem:
We start to use snapshot.storage.k8s.io/v1 from OCP4.7(Kubernetes 1.20), please update the example yaml file from v1beta1 to v1 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.7.0-fc.2

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Web Console - Storage - VolumeSnapshots/VolumeSnapshotClasses/VolumeSnapshotContents
2. Create new VolumeSnapshots/VolumeSnapshotClasses/VolumeSnapshotContents

Actual results:
In example yaml file, apiVersion is snapshot.storage.k8s.io/v1beta1

Expected results:
In example yaml file, apiVersion should be snapshot.storage.k8s.io/v1

Checked on ocp 4.7 cluster with payload 4.7.0-0.nightly-2021-02-06-084550
On console, check yaml creation page for VolumeSnapshots/VolumeSnapshotClasses/VolumeSnapshotContents, the api version is **/v1 now.
The bug is fixed.
