The `pcp-container` package has been upgraded to version 5.2.5. Notable changes include: * The `pcp` package is now updated to version 5.2.5. * Introduced a new `PCP_SERVICES` environment variable, which specifies a comma-separated list of PCP services to start inside the container. The rebase updates the `rhel8/pcp` image in the Red Hat Container Registry.
