Description Jens Petersen 2006-05-15 03:04:39 UTC
Description of problem:
Having the full version (eg 1.7.13) in the include and library paths is
quite unfriendly to packages that depend on mozilla-devel.

Actual results:
/usr/include/mozilla-1.7.13
/usr/lib/mozilla-1.7.13

Expected results:
At least:

/usr/include/mozilla-1.7
/usr/lib/mozilla-1.7

or

/usr/include/mozilla
/usr/lib/mozilla

like debian uses

Since this bugzilla report was filed, we have seriously upgraded Gecko-related
packages in Rawhide, which may have resolved this issue. Users who have
experienced this problem are encouraged to upgrade their system to the latest
version of their distribution available.

Closing this bug as CANTFIX. Please, reopen, if this bug is still reproducable
on the latest update of your distribution.

[This is mass-closing of bugs which seem to be too old and irrelevant anymore;
