Description of problem:
OCS wizard Donor chart does not get updated when `Device Type` is edited 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy OCS 4.7 over Vmware 
2. partition some disks
3. remove the disk from `Device Type`

Actual results:
Donar chart does not get updated with new disk list 

Expected results:
The Donar chart should get updated when the device type is changed
