Description of problem:

Scripts from glibmm installed in /usr/lib64/glibmm-2.4/proc are not executable

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.64.5-2.fc33

How reproducible:
Always

I didn't test, but I have the suspicious that it is related to the meson build switch over. Older version have it executable.

It is breaking.

As workaround I did `chmod a+x`

Just to clarify, `generate_wrap_init.pl` is also concerned and it's worse because it silently fails and then the code fails with a link error.

Indeed. Let me hack around this downstream for now, but can you file this upstream as well, please, to get the upstream meson build fixed?
