Description of problem:
Default minSize of localvolumeset on webconsole is not same with crd localvolumeset.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Deploy LocalStorageOperator
2.Create Localvolumeset
3.The default minSize is 0TiB.

Actual results:
If no update minSize of localvolumeset, the value is 0TiB in the webconsole

Expected results:
It should be same with crd localvolumesets.local.storage.openshift.io

I re-tested with 4.7.0-0.nightly-2021-01-19-095812. The localvolumeset's default minSize is 1Gi.
