cockpit-ovirt-dashboard-0.14.18-1.el8.noarch

The cockpit-ovirt version still not the latest one.

cockpit-ovirt-dashboard-0.14.19-1.el8ev.noarch

RHVH include the correct cockpit-ovirt package, so the bug is fixed. Change bug status to VERIFIED.
