Description of problem:
The team working with SAP deployments has requested an enhancement that would gather anyuid and privileged SCC and ClusterRoleBinding from clusters running a SAP payload/deployment.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.6 (applicable to any current production release) 

How reproducible:
Given the nature of the issue, it doesn't really make much sense.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Collect archive using IO.
2. Inspect the archive.

Actual results:
The mentioned data are missing.

Expected results:
The mentioned data should be collected.

Additional info:
Collection is already implemented. This bug is only created so that the GitHub PR can be linked to it.

It was checked several times during the collection that the data are collected,
it would be problematic to verify this BZ as mentioned in the description, skipped QE verification
