.Added ability to create namespace buckets using the OpenShit Container Platform user interface
Namespace buckets can be added using the OpenShift Container Platform user interface. Namespace buckets provides an aggregated view of existing object buckets in the cloud or s3 compatible storage on premise. For more information about adding namespace buckets using the user interface, see link:https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openshift_container_storage/4.8/html-single/managing_hybrid_and_multicloud_resources/index#adding-a-namespace-bucket-using-the-openshift-container-platform-user-interface_rhocs[Adding namespace bucket using the OpenShift Container Platform user interface].

All Instances tab
Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests):
In OpenShift Container Storage operator page (accessed from OCP page Installed Operators) is no option for creation of NamespaceStore CRs.
There should be a similar tab to already existing tabs Backing Store and Bucket Class and also there should be a link to creation wizard from All Instances tab.
Version of all relevant components (if applicable):
ocs-operator.v4.7.0-236.ci
