Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests):

noobaa operator log is logging details about rook, csi , ceph-mon and other pods. 

Discussed with Nimrod and this is not expected, hence raised a bug.

Yes, but found some OCS 4.6 logs which didnt have these extra logging, and some had.

Steps to Reproduce:
========================
1. Install OCS 4.7
2. Check noobaa operator logs for "queuing Reconcile" for rook, ceph,csi resources



Actual results:
====================
Logs contain "queuing Reconcile" messages for resources other than noobaa
