Verified on 6.8.4 Snap 1

Verification steps:

1: Install Satellite 6.7.z
2: Created soft link of "/opt/puppetlabs/bin/puppet" on "/usr/local/bin/puppet"

# ln -s /opt/puppetlabs/bin/puppet /usr/local/bin/puppet
# ls -l /usr/local/bin/puppet
lrwxrwxrwx. 1 root root 26 Feb  9 04:25 /usr/local/bin/puppet -> /opt/puppetlabs/bin/puppet

3: Tested Satellite upgrade from 6.7.z to 6.8.4 Snap1 and it has completed successfully.

4: checked the fixed package.

# rpm -qa|grep tfm-rubygem-kafo-4.1.0.1-1
tfm-rubygem-kafo-4.1.0.1-1.el7sat.noarch

5: Checked the /usr/local/bin/puppet file state and it remained same.

# ls -l /usr/local/bin/puppet
lrwxrwxrwx. 1 root root 26 Feb  9 04:25 /usr/local/bin/puppet -> /opt/puppetlabs/bin/puppet
