Cause: a patch introduced a regression Consequence: the value of `osd_memory_target` wasn't set properly in the ceph.conf Fix: the patch introducing this regression has been reverted. Result: the value of `osd_memory_target` is now set properly.

ansible-2.9.17-1.el7ae.noarch

Also, We verified that the value of osd memory target did not alter when there was no change in the config
