Description of problem:
When in Simple Content Access mode, hypervisors with no subscription attached show as 'unsubscribed hypervisor' in their Subscription sub-status

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Satellite 6.8

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Register a hypervisor with running virtual guests to a Satellite 6.8 instance. 
2. make sure that virt-who is properly reporting the system
3. visit All hosts -> your host, and view the 'Subscription Status'

Actual results:
It shows 'unsubscribed hypervisor'


Expected results:
It should show 'disabled' similar to all other hosts in SCA mode.

Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite since the upstream issue https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/31479 has been resolved.
