fix name field

Description of problem:
User entered name value overridden by default value when changing git form value.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.7.0-0.nightly-2021-01-22-134922

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to +Add => From Git
2. scroll immediately to the name field and enter any name
3. scroll back up and enter a git url (ie https://github.com/pmacik/nodejs-rest-http-crud)

Actual results:
Name changes from previously entered value to 'nodejs-rest-http-crud'

Expected results:
Name should not change because the user explicitly set the name.
