Description of problem:
Font size cause overlaps contents with default browser settings. Any settings with long names getting overlapped. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.9

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Keep default browser settings. (Firefox/Chrome)
2. Add long parameter values for any field in Administer >> Settings or Create an organization with long name.

Actual results:
It's getting overlapped with other column which was not the case with 6.7 or 6.8 version.

Expected results:
Should not get overlapped.

FAILED QA

EllipsisWithToolitp React component is now used at the Settings page and the long strings are truncated, but there is still overflow at the Organizations page as is shown on the attachment. The same overflow happens with long Location names on the Locations page.

VERIFIED
As described in comment 9, the long names on the Settings page are now being wrapped.

As suggested by development, BZ1934003 was raised to fix the same behavior on the Locations and Organizations page.
