Description of problem:
The 'Registration tab' on hosts -> <some host> got a black background suddenly.

Tried with incognito mode and the background remained black, this happens for all hosts now.

Curious: when creating a new host the background is white however for the existing hosts the background for the 'registration tab' stays black.
