This needs to be rewritten to avoid confusion about local ephemeral storage being unsupported for enterprise-level overclouds.

The default imagebackend that provides local ephemeral storage is supported in enterprise level environments.

The LVM imagebackend ([libvirt]/images_type=lvm) that provides local ephemeral storage is not supported.

The LVM/iSCSI cinder volume backend that by default provides persistent block storage is not recommend in enterprise level environments.

Need to clarify our statement around local and LVM storage support.
