This is showing the index of what is at the root of the Apache server. Yes, this is a change stemming from our beginning to bring Pulp 3 to Satellite but I do not believe this is a bug.

Untested, but I think a workaround to the listing is creating an empty index file in the document root:

    touch /usr/share/pulp/wsgi/index.html
