Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests):
There is a lot of messages `❌ Not Found: Secret "noobaa-root-master-key"` in noobaa-operator logs and in `noobaa status` cli output when cluster with configured kms is used. The message should not be present or there shouldn't be big red cross next to it if user has configured setup with KMS.

Can this issue reproducible?
yes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install OCP + OCS and set KMS integration with Vault
2. Execute commad:
  $ oc logs <noobaa operator pod> -n openshift-storage | grep noobaa-root-master-key
3. Execure command:
  $ noobaa status


Actual results:
There are messages `❌ Not Found: Secret "noobaa-root-master-key"` in command outputs. The message indicates that there is some misconfiguration in KMS integration.

Expected results:
There should not be any KMS related messages with ❌ if KMS integration is configured or user should be informed how to fix the state.
