1. Proposed title of this feature request

Content View's version should have an indication/message if a specific version has Content View Filters applied


2. What is the nature and description of the request?

customers managing multiple CV's, this may be a challenge to keep track of the fact that whether a CV filter is being used or not.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Content View not listing correct package number. The customer mistakenly applied the filter and later missed removing it.

Upon review of our valid but aging backlog the Satellite Team has concluded that this Bugzilla does not meet the criteria for a resolution in the near term, and are planning to close in a month.
