Description of problem:
Dynamic plugin demo README does not contain info how to enable the ConsolePlugins.
Last step of the setup is missing there, which is updating the console-operator's config spec,
with the list of enabled plugins.

Now we have doc https://github.com/openshift/console/tree/master/frontend/dynamic-demo-plugin#enable-plugin describing how to enable dynamic plugin
