Doc Text:
Cause: We initially displayed this message if a no-provisioner storage class was not found, as soon as the user pressed the radio button for attached-devices. Consequence: User had to create a no-provisioner storage class (or already have one) for the error message to resolve. Fix: This functionality is not needed since the user won't be able to move forward without creating such a storage class (the next button will be disabled). Hence, removing this message as it's extraneous. Result: Attached devices mode has a similar message as internal mode initially.
