/usr/lib/libdb-3.1.so is missing from the -devel file, despite the fact that libdb-3.1.la refers to it. Anything trying to link with -ldb-3.1 doesn't compile anymore.

Symlink missing from db3-devel %files. Fixed in db3-3.1.17-3.
