Description of problem:
Please build perl-HTTP-ProxyAutoConfig for EPEL 8. It's a build- and run-time dependency of perl-XML-Stream.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
perl-HTTP-ProxyAutoConfig-0.3-25.fc34

Actual results:
No perl-HTTP-ProxyAutoConfig in EPEL 8.

Expected results:
perl-HTTP-ProxyAutoConfig-0.3-25.el8 - or better ;-)

Additional info:
Please let me know if you are not interested in maintaining the package on EPEL 8 branch.

I've seen that yesterday and requested a branch. I also gave you collaborator access to the epel* branches.
The BuildRequires in perl-XML-Stream needs to be tweaked a bit to unconditionally BR: perl-HTTP-ProxyAutoConfig.
