The license is correct and appropriated for Fedora.
The spec file is simple and correct.

fedora-review does not complains.

My only (minor) issue is regarding the use of the %python_provide macro.
Is it still necessary? That is not my reading from:
https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-guidelines/Python/#_provides

The package is approved.
