Description of problem:

Try to add idp from console:

"Add More" text is not translated on creation page for "GitHub","LDAP","OpenID Connect" and "Request Header".
"More Options" text is not translated on creation page for "OpenID Connect".
"Browse"text is not translated on creation page for "HTPasswd", "Keystone","GitLab","GitHub","Basic Authentication".

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login console, add ?pseudolocalization=true&lng=en at then end of url.
2.Check on idp creation page, eg, create a "HTPasswd" idp.
3.

Actual results:
2."Browse" text is not translated

Expected results:
2. All text should be marked for translation.

visit console and add ?pseudolocalization=true&lng=en param, iterate over all idp creation page, check the text and buttons on all pages, now everything has been internationalized
