OperatorHub UI error

Description of problem:
Navigating to OperatorHub via OpenShift Console shows uncaught exception

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.3.5, cluster is 1 month old and did not originally have the issue - issue appeared 4 days from the opening of this bug

How reproducible:
Navigate to OperatorHub panel.

Please see attached.

Version 4.3 is no longer supported and this is a duplicate of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1826494 which was previously closed as WONTFIX for that reason. Closing this as a duplicate of that bug.
