It sometimes works if I manually set audio output device per process in KDE System Setting, but not always FEDORA-2021-2c994d0609 has been submitted as an update to Fedora 34. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2021-2c994d0609 FEDORA-2021-2c994d0609 has been pushed to the Fedora 34 testing repository.
