Thank you very much for report. I analyzed the problem and I discovered that the problem is with context string. DNF expexct stat context can contain only `0-9 a-f` (See https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/modularity/architecture/nsvca/). But with static-contexts that will be introduce in Fedora 34, the situation must change,m because context will be set by user.
