Verified with:
- Satellite 6.10.0 snap 8
- tfm-rubygem-foreman_rh_cloud-4.0.22-1.el7sat.noarch

Test steps:
- Register few hosts with satellite
- Ensure hosts has facts related to ipv6 address.
- Used foreman-rake console to set ipv6 address to "" and nil.
- Start rh_cloud report upload proess.(Go to configure > Inventory upload > Select Org > Click on Restart button).
- Download inventory report.

Observations:
- `"ipv6_addresses": []` in generated report.
- All hosts were uploaded successfully to c.r.c
