Description of problem:
Kubevirt hotplug attacher pod is getting killed by oom-killer

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
v0.36.0-9-ga08529a


How reproducible:
It happens in my cluster.
I talked with Alexander Wels about it on email and told him how he can connect to the cluster and how to get the postmortem kernel logs for it.
I can reproduce the problem again if the logs won't be enough or if you want to retry it under different configurations.

Run hotplug tests with virt-controller-container-v2.6.0-115

Can not reproduce the pod killed by oom-killer issue.
