Description of problem:
The retention period for Prometheus is set to 15 days (default), need an option to customize retention period as per requirement. 


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RHCS 4.2


Actual results:
Retention period cannot be modified

Expected results:
Should be able to modify retention period

Default target release for Ceph is set to 5.1. Need to explicitly set target release. For ceph-ansible related BZs need to set target release in 4.x
