According to QE, this blocks verifying https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1915478 , so added appropriate keyword and raised priority. Also fixed release flag.

QE has found that the objects of a bucket that existed before multisite configuration is established, fail to sync to the secondary zone. But new objects have no problem syncing. Still investigating.
