Description of problem:
pf 2021.1 caused an issue in the search box revealing floating search and x icons in the search bar for search-input components. css overrides were added to fix this for 4.7. Remove these for 4.8 with pf 2021.2

1. clone latest console repo, double confirm patternfly and patternfly/react-xxx packages are upgraded
2. even we removed the temp fix from frontend/public/style/_overrides.scss, now search in Quick Starts still works well, it proves that upgrading to newer patternfly fixes the issue
3. now the 'Tech preview' badge is showing a rectangular without capsule shape

The issues have been fixed and moving to VERIFIED
