Description of problem:
RStudio does not currently appear in Gnome Software. This seems to be because because it does not ship a .metainfo.xml file.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Gnome Software
2. Search for rstudio

Actual results:
RStudio does not appear in the search results.

Expected results:
RStudio does appear in the search results.

Thanks for the report. I'm no GNOME user, so I could use some help here to generate such a file and test that it works, and I'll be happy to add it to the package and try to push it upstream.

metainfo.xml file for rstudio

I tried my hand at making a metainfo file for RStudio. As best I can tell, it's fine, with the exception of the <project_license> tag. That one still doesn't have proper SPDX license names [1] for the BSD, CC-BY and Public Domain licenses used by the rstudio-desktop package, and those do need to be fixed. Other than that, the file validates. I think the file needs to actually be added to the rstudio-desktop package before Gnome Software will do anything with it though.
