On the new host panel under 'advanced parameters' there is a fingerprint text edit field where it is possible to either manually enter host's fingerprint or fetch it over using ssh.
In current implementation fingerprint checks are deprecated in favor to public keys therefore there should be possible to enter/fetch public key instead of fingerprint.

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.4.5 release, published on March 18th 2021.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in oVirt 4.4.5 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
