Description of problem:
Image local-storage-mustgather in the doc does not come from product registry

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
local-storage-operator.4.7.0-202102130115.p0

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Deploy Local Storage Operator
2.Check the doc in operator https://github.com/openshift/local-storage-operator/blob/master/docs/must-gather.md

Actual results:
oc adm must-gather --image=quay.io/openshift/local-must-gather:latest, this image is not the one QE tested.

Expected results:
Should update the doc to ensure the user uses the production image.

Another question:
From https://comet.engineering.redhat.com/containers/repositories/5ff374e34fb65bf4159e2c85?tab=configuration we can see the image name is like "ose-local-storage-mustgather-rhel8/7"

But I am not sure ose-local-storage-mustgather or with the rhel suffix, which one is better.

The LSO Mustgather PR [1] has been mergedwas included in CI, and [2] was submitted to mirror these images to quay.

@chuffman Could you help to double check?

1. Could not pull this image quay.io/openshift/origin-local-storage-mustgather:latest
2. If we using above image in the doc https://github.com/openshift/local-storage-operator/blob/master/docs/must-gather.md, maybe we need to update the image name in the doc.
