Description of problem:

Role selector in system purpose bulk action dialog is labelled as Usage type and vice versa


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.9 sn 14

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. hosts > content hosts > select host > Select action > Manage system purpose
2. fill in the form (see screenshot1) > options for Usage Type include Production, Development/Test etc.
3. submit, see content host details (screenshot2): Role field is set to Production as expected 

Actual results:
Switched labels in the UI

Expected results:
Correct labelling

Moving this bug to POST for triage into Satellite since the upstream issue https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/31580 has been resolved.
