Description of problem:

RHEL7 does not have the following man page update.

Actual results:

No details describing "--set-target=default" in RHEL7 in firewall-cmd man page.

Expected results:

Add the same notes as above to RHEL7 that RHEL8 firewall-cmd man page already has.
