As of today 3/17/2021, the missing mapping constraints in comment 0 are still missing from prod file http://git.app.eng.bos.redhat.com/git/rcm/rcm-metadata.git/tree/cdn/cs_mappings-prod.csv

They appear in the stage and qa file but not prod.

Moving this to VERIFIED.
The content set mapping constraints from description are currently present in all three cs_mapping-[prod|stage|qa].csv
