Description of problem:

Test enabling HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) on RHV-Manager. KCS https://access.redhat.com/solutions/1220063 provides a solution, but it does not confirm if we can use same method for RHV-Manager. 

We need help to test this solution with RHV-Manager.
