Next button submits the changes (checkbox enabled) to the server which then responds with updated validations and those are failing and a 'Cluster is not ready' link appears. That's why user is not moved to the next step. We're in progress to improve this behavior by introducing either a separate 'save changes' button which would make the interaction clearer or automatic debounced form submit on form field changes. Verified in assisted-ui-lib v0.0.12-wizard. The option to select disks for local storage has been removed. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
