gperftools issues https://github.com/gperftools/gperftools/issues/1227 and https://github.com/gperftools/gperftools/issues/1204

this bug produces false-positive ENOMEM errors which lead to crashes in several ceph daemons

fixed for 2.8.1 with this revert: https://github.com/gperftools/gperftools/commit/02d5264018cc76a36713f97329870dbf85969519
