I rather recommend you to migrate your code from Net::SMTPS to Net::SMTP. Net::SMTP supports TLS since 3.10 which is part of perl since 5.26.0 which is the default Perl in RHEL 8. Like Petr, I encourage you to migrate to smtp+tls. That said, I'm aware we dont always choose what environment our code runs in . https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests/issue/32582 FEDORA-EPEL-2021-5fff87ca7a has been submitted as an update to Fedora EPEL 8. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2021-5fff87ca7a FEDORA-EPEL-2021-5fff87ca7a has been pushed to the Fedora EPEL 8 testing repository. You can provide feedback for this update here: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2021-5fff87ca7a See also https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:Updates_Testing for more information on how to test updates. FEDORA-EPEL-2021-5fff87ca7a has been pushed to the Fedora EPEL 8 stable repository. If problem still persists, please make note of it in this bug report. |
